Below is a list of common questions that are frequently asked in our customer service department.
 

Q. What is Helpful Benefits.com?
A. Helpful Benefits.com is a company dedicated in getting our customers quality benefits at drastically reduced prices. Our unique ability to combine multiple benefits together, into common-needs benefit packages, gives us the ability to offer multiple benefits for roughly the same price it would cost to acquire one!

Q. How did Helpful Benefits.com begin?
A. Through years of negotiation, Helpful Benefits.com finally convinced one of it's affiliates, Benefiq, to offer these discounts to the everyday consumer through the internet. Before Helpful Benefits.com, a person had to either purchase each benefit separately (which was very expensive), or work for a large corporation that offered similar benefits. Helpful Benefits.com has basically "leveled the playing field" for every single person throughout the United States.

Q. I called my dentist and/or vision specialist, but they don't recognize Helpful Benefits.com. What do I do?
A. Don't worry!  Certain providers may not recognize Helpful Benefits.com, but remember, we package individual benefits into larger benefit packages.  Simply mention the particular benefit, within your benefits package, and that should clear up any problems.

Example

If you call your dentist, don't ask if they accept Helpful Benefits.com, but instead, ask if they accept Aetna Dental AccessTM. Because Aetna Dental AccessTM is the dental benefit that is included within one of our benefit packages.

Q. I noticed that LifelockTM is one of the many benefits included within your Identity Theft and Security Package.  Is this the same LifelockTM that is being advertised on TV and on the radio?
A. Yes!  It is the exact same LifelockTM.  However, the obvious advantage to our benefits package is that you not only get LifelockTM, but you get so many other benefits as well. . .  And for roughly the same price that you could buy LifelockTM on it's own!

Q.  Is there a contract I need to sign?

A.  No!  Absolutely not!  Payments are made on a month- to-month basis, and you are free to cancel at any time.

 

Q.  What do the cards look like?

A.  Issued cards will be produced from our affiliate, Benefiq, which will be indicated on the front of the card.

Q. How do I contact Helpful Benefits.com?
A.  There are two ways to contact us.  The most efficient way to get your questions answered quickly is to email us.  Please click here for our customer service department.  Response is typically within the same business day, and usually within an hour.  The second way is to call us, toll free, at:  1-888-661-1492.

Q.  I am already a member, is there a different number I am supposed to call?
A.  Yes.  Current Helpful Benefit.com members (through Benefiq) can call 1-800-800-7616. Please note you MUST HAVE YOUR CLIENT ID NUMBER TO CALL. In addition, the back of your card will have separate, toll-free phone numbers to call, if you have questions about a specific benefit included with your membership.
